The IPAA required support with their internal communications and member communications. So we conducted a strategic session with them on the topic and developed a communications strategy and action plan for implementation through 2008. We cannot disclose the content or strategies we suggested in the plan but they must have liked us because Rebecca Laskary was invited back to present on effective communications at the Young Professionals Seminar to a sell out audience. We also spent a day in a strategic sponsorship session outlining the best ways and means to structure and manage sponsorship programs. This resulted in a sponsorship plan for 2008 and a sponsorship contract and benefits schedule which we developed.
