Onion Media Group was started by Nick Piper and Joe Thomas who are passionate about what they do and are unrivalled in the quality of their work. We were their clients before they became ours, and so we have admired their work for a long time. But not too many people outside of the film and TV industry knew who they were. We started by conducting a strategic marketing session with them to work out exactly what their strategies should be to promote their services to corporate clients. We then re-developed their website and updated their branding to reflect their new slightly more corporate image, but still with their undeniable quirkiness. Two years on and their business is thriving. We are still their marketing consultants (and biggest fans) and are delighted to offer our advice as they enter international markets. They have recently been nominated as finalist in the Champions Small Business Awards and we will be there cheering them on at the awards ceremony. We will also be in Melbourne with them at the Australian Teachers of Media awards where they are finalists in 2 categories.
